I will meet you where you are, with compassion and empathy. I offer honesty, integrity and the highest level of confidentiality. I am a licensed independent mental health practitioner and licensed alcohol and drug counselor who utilizes an integrative, trauma-informed and client-centered approach. My services include individual psychotherapy, substance abuse treatment and substance abuse evaluations. I am certified as a Clinical Trauma Professional and trained in the use of EMDR therapy in addition to having training as a yoga teacher and in restorative yoga. All of my education and training is used to assist my clients in achieving a greater sense of balance, mental health and well-being.
