Provided by SuperpagesI went to this store to purchase a tire which happened to be Z rated. The order was placed and the tire due in the next day. Well a tire came in and I was phoned. I went down at 12:30pm and left car due to a hour wait to put tire on. Two hours later, I get a call from Americas Tire stating this is the wrong tire. This order came in well before noon and should have be checked in properly and was not. The sales person said it's too late to get another one and will have to wait until the next day. This is a bad error on Americas Tire. I'm being nice rating this as a 2, but the sales person didn't even want to compensate a discount or waive the balance or tire rotation. Do not recommend purchasing from AMERICA's TIRE. Especially in Ontario, Ca. Went and purchased the same tire at Sears. Better service and alot cheaper.
