Rick and Matt were very helpful. I had an issue with a catalytic converter that was installed last year by a shop in Orem, but that shop had closed several months ago.

I thought I was out of luck but Rick helped me work with the exhaust manufacturer to work through their warranty process even though his shop didn't install it in the first place. They are an honest shop, and I really appreciated their customer service.

They dropped everything to help me and they are very knowledgeable! I would recommend to anyone that wants honest people to help them.

European Only recommended I go to them, they got me in and out of the shop quickly and gave me a great price. Just like the ad says call these guys first.

I took my truck to another shop in town to check on my muffler because did not pass my inspection..this other shop told me that I needed to change the entire exaust system..it was going to be like $200.00 plus tax..I went to Ricks.He inspected my muffler,He fixed it I paid $20.00. He told me that my exaust was fine for another 2 years or so..I went back to the emission station and my truck passed the Inspection. Thanks Rick for your honesty..since that day..like 4 years ago..I have been going back and recomend it to family and friends for all our Muffler needs.

As far as I'm concerned Rick's Muffler is the best muffler shop in all of Utah County. I've been to a couple of other places for various muffler needs over the years, but now that I've found Rick's I'll never go anywhere else. Rick and his son Jesse are honest, hard-working, charge a fair price, and stand behind their work. Recently I had Flow Masters and and X-pipe installed on my 2006 Mustang GT, replacing some incompetent muffler work performed by another shop in town; I am THRILLED with the results! Thanks Rick!
