caring staff. Awesome doctor!! Would definately recommend

Avoid this office, 90% of the time the staff doesn't answer the phone. I just waited nearly 5 weeks for my contact lenses to arrive. They blamed it on the manufacturer, yet for the last 6 years it only took 2 weeks for them to arrive at my old doctors office. Choose someone else and avoid the headache!

Awful experience! Staff is very incompetent. My husband and I went here for glasses and contacts. It takes the staff 3+ weeks to order contacts and get them in, they messed up the order to my glasses and took a month to arrive. Told them we just wanted our prescriptions. Went to order my husbands contacts only to find out they wrote the script wrong. I don't know how they stay in business, but do not waste your time. HORRIBLE! And they aren't even a busy office, it is absolutely ridiculous!
