My mother sent her things on November 13, 2013 and she received some of the things on January 3, 2014. As of today, 03.12.14 she has not received the rest of her things. I have spoken with Luz Rodriguez, Liz Marie Velez, and Eduardo Mendez with no or little response. I requested half of the money to be returned because they did not do their job and their response was that is impossible. Please be VERY CAREFUL with this moving company.
