The doctors and techs are fine. What I find objectionable are the surly people who answer the phone. My pet had an issue, and I couldn't get an appt before 2 weeks. No compassion for an animal in pain. I was left wondering whether or not I should take my animal somewhere else. I did. I was a client for 15 years, but not now.

I take my two precious Yorkies to NAH for everything. Coqui has a brain illness that Dr. Russ starter treated (He also recommended a good neo doc) and now Dr. Triplett follow up Coqui's progress. Both Vet are FABULOUS with My babies. The staff is the BEST! When I call and I call a lot they always polite and always response my messages. I love it and althought my babies do not like getting in there they get the best treatment. NAH ROCK!!!!!

Dr Russ is a great vet, he is compassionate about what he does and truly cares about his patients as well as their human families. He is always available no matter what, we have even had to call him in the middle of the night and he has met us at the office. As long as he is practicing he will always have our business.
