This Best Buy is less chaotic (unless Black Friday) compared to other Best Buys around the area. Also the customer service is friendly!

In the market for a hard drive and came here as I was in the area. The store itself is clean and neat. I was directed a couple of times by staff before I was helped my a gentlemen who explained the different types hard drives they had and the differences. Decided to think about it and ended up ordering one of his recommendations online. This store is located in the plaza next to Bed Bath and Beyond and Nordstrom Rack.

This rating only applies to their music selection (hiphop/rap). I come to Bestbuy when new releases come out because they usually sell it for a special low price. They almost always come thru. And, for a while now, they have been carrying more and more underground hip hop. Artist like Jedi Mind Tricks, Murs, Canibus, Necro, etc.... You will not find a selection like this in any mainstream store. Only Ameoba's in Hollywood has a better selection (WAY better). And they sell the underground CDs at a very reasonable price- enough to save me a trip to hollywood. Now, i have purchased other items here before and their prices are pretty good and their return policy is fair. They have rows and rows of other music but I have absolutely no clue what they sell.

This Best Buy is just like any other Best Buy. Very nice looking, organized place. Staff are especially friendly.
