Class act. My wife and I locked ourselves out on a very rainy Saturday night, and this awesome guy not only agreed to drive down the peninsula to meet us in Burlingame on short notice, but when our neighbors let us use their balcony to get inside, he told us the only thing that mattered was that we got home safe when we called to let him know (he was almost there, too). He didn't charge us anything! No cancellation fee, no gas money, nothing - how fantastic is that? I'll call on these folks any time I need a locksmith or keys from now on, because I know I'll be dealing with nice, dedicated people. Way to go, guys.

I have to say that I am beyond impressed. I had a locksmith (Paul) out in less than 20min. They took a whole 2minutes to get my door unlocked & I was on my way. The price was surprisingly cheaper than I thought. I book marked these guys, I mean I don't plan on locking my keys in my car again, "but," you never know. Kind & professional service.. Five stars & two thumbs up

Was in a horrible predicament and needed a new key cut and transponder programmed for my car. Romeo was very helpful, calling back to check up, and keeping me in the loop the whole time. They came out to where my car was since it was inoperable, having cut the keys at their premises and then bringing them out. They then programmed the transponders when they arrived, and I was good to go. Saved 300 dollars over dealership price on two keys! Highly recommended.

Today was the second time I used Foothill Lock & Key. The first time was three years ago, when I had my whole house keyed to just two keys. (Fired the husband.) I called them today for a reason...GREAT SERVICE. Both times, my initial contact person was Romeo. I explained my situation to him and he was very accommodating. He sent Ali to my home. Ali is SUCH a nice guy. He keyed the door in question (an office door) to the same key that I use for most of my other doors. Man!! I didn't even know that was an option. It certainly simplifies things for me. The service was prompt, friendly and professional. Cheap...not so much...but remember...you get what you pay for! Today I got QUALITY work. And these gentlemen stand by their work. Thanks again for making this a fabulous experience.
