We went in expecting Japanese soup noodles. The hostess was nice and informed us of our options, even though it wasn't what we wanted we weren't disappointed. The server was patient with us and answered all our questions. Food was on point.

When ordering a dinner for two $39 which included two spring rolls we requested to add an additional person. The addition would be $20 which was fine however that person would not get a spring roll. This made no sense as we were receiving a discount just less food. Manager was very rude and uncooperative. She could not explain why it just was. So over a egg roll she would take the loss of a customer and $75. We left. I don’t pay to be treated this way. I would not recommend Ichibon.
