Mortons Paint Center was opened and operated by Albert Morton. Al worked for other paint stores after 17 years as an office manager with E. J. Korvettes. While working for Haines Paints in Pennsauken NJ, he decided to branch out on his own. In June of 1987, Al opened Mortons Paint Center in Maple Shade , NJ. After 24 successful years in Maple Shade, and the deterioration of the building they occupied, Mortons Paint Center made the move to Pennsauken NJ opening in July of 2011. On November 1st 2013, Al semi-retired and handed over the reigns of the business to his son Paul, who has worked steadily at Mortons Paint Center with for the past 24 years. Upon taking over the business Paul renamed the store to Mortons Paint & Glass. The alteration helped show that we offer more than just paint services but are also a full glass shop too.
