These would all be negative stars completely earned by the disrespectful way Aaron refuses to have a conversation with his clients! My elderly mother has been trying to contact him, leaving several messages, for almost 2 weeks. Aaron's response: Zilch, Nada, Complete Silence....not so much as even a call back! Today I was told he was busy doing "book-work" and that was more important than talking to an already frustrated client! State Farm shame on you for allowing your agents to treat customers this way!
