I took in my car for what Motorcar Mall told me would be a one week repair. Over 5 WEEKS LATER, I still haven't gotten my car back. The manager would never return my calls so I had to call him constantly. The manager repeatedly told me that my car would be done that week, but it was never done. On multiple ocassions he would make his excuses why my car wasn't done and on a couple ocassions I caught him in a lie, with him saying the part came in but when I called Motorcar, the mechanic told me the part hadn't arrived. After 5 weeks of playing phone tag with the manager and him telling me my car would be done and it never was. I would never reccommend anyone to bring thier car to this place, and I for sure will never come back here again.

Very professional. They did an excellent job on my Lexus. I'm very pleased and I would highly recommend them.

Very professional people, very knowledgeable, and great service. I will recommend their business to my friends. The price was right and they do not force unnecessary services on you. They take time to explain your car condition in detail. I am glad I have found a great place to service my car.
