Provided by YP.comDelaware Valley Appraisal Services did a terrific job at telling me what I needed to do to sell my house for what I originally wanted it for , Robin there helped a lot and knew more about the house then I did with lending some pointers to up it's worth before butting it up on the market in the best way possible, I got more than was asking on it and sold with no problems.
