plz be careful of using this company. I went to pick up my car and the guy I met there was so judgemental and racist by just looking at me. the guy ask for my ID, $200, my car keys, and asked me to step outside the premise and wait on the public street. I gave home my ID and the car keys, showed him the money and told him I will give him the money once i see that my my is actually here and in undamaged condition. he threw my car keys at me to the ground and started yelling.
He added that he was a cop and he will call for back if I keep playing games with him.
me been lost of words. I decided to look at the bright side n thank goodness for not having such a bigot in the streets as a cop. how many people have been wronged from abuse of power in his hands. shame on this towing company.
