Something is amiss about the five-star reviews. They were written at around the same time, and all have the same grammar mistakes. That suggests that the same person (an employee?) wrote all of the good reviews. I am an actual customer who dislikes this gristly-steak dump.

Rave reviews from the owner do NOT count! Frusco's steaks taste like poop steaks. Frusco uses an extremely cheap cut of steak that is so gristly and fat-laden that you could not chew it if they did not chop it into a zillion bits! Frusco's store is extremely filthy, their prices are unbelievably high, their service is shockingly slow and rude, and their so-called steak is extremely gristly and tastes like rotting liver. Frusco's survives only because of their plethora of obviously fake, owner-written reviews that are posted all over the Web.
