Ordered gorgeous boots that I was unable to find/try on locally in LA. I had to return due to size change. Head Start customer service took care of it right away and shipped new pair--Cheryl was really nice about it. I just called them today with question about fit of one boot (a bit large) and I was given great advice for customizing the Fiorentini & Baker boots for a good fit. They were patient, helpful and have the most beautiful shoes. I will continue to buy shoes from them (calling first for fit advice) even though I live out of state. Their website is well designed.

If you are looking for HeadStart Shoes this would be a great store, but since it is listed as a day care, not a shoe store. I would not recommend it.
