Very very unhappy with max weiner jewerly and would not recommend them to any buyer! They gave me a good price or so I thought but it ended up I paid a high end price AND they took my **trade in** and cash and the price was still on the high end. We went to them because we thought they would be the best place to not get RIPPED OFF. We paid good money; way too much money and have no recourse - they have a no refund, no return policy and it is easy to see why. We have no recourse because they did tell us what the price was and sold us just that! They, however, ended up with a freebie and extra money plus the cost of a very expensive piece of jewelry. Do NOT recommend this jewelry store to anyone!

The employees seemed kind and were helpful. Though I ended up getting ripped off by the dishonest owner. Shop around.
