HORRIBLE customer service ! This is the 3rd time we have had a problem with them, I am done! Tim promised shirts on one date , and again there was an excuse why not here. This time he even gave me a bad fed ex # , in the system but never shipped. I told him I could NOT use the shirts now , I had to go to a dependable place. You are UNDEPENDABLE , You have NO QUALITY CONTROL and have made EXCUSES each time as to why no deliveries . I will now write a letter to the state attorney general, the better business bureau and file a claim in small claims court for a refund. ALSO ,, you might not want to call your customers " Dude" , thats not professional . I would go to customink.com and pay the 2$ extra per shirt for a better product and ON TIME DELIVERY. PLUS they only take PAYMENT IN FULL at time of order vis Paypal! BEWARE!
