My computer had a virus and Ross cleaned up my hard drive and was cheaper than Best Buy. He also helped me figure out how to make address labels. I was recommended by a friend and I also know another girlfriend JoAnn that used his service and was very pleased that he solved her problem and was very reasonable and professional.

Thank the Lord I kept my phone book from the opposite side of town, it gave me the Computer Repair King's phone number. He was great. He fixed my computer, for an unbeatable price and with out the run around. Absolutely will return and refer everyone!

Ross is the only one allowed to work on my computer. I trust his wisdom with my computer, and his honesty in this type of repair is hard to find. I felt so comfortable with his work I recommended him my brother and sister-in-law because I knew whatever the problem was they were having he could fix it and he did. 10 stars for Ross folks.K Dyer

Ross has bailed me out of so many messes--a lot of them in need of quick,as in now,order. I am an admitted idiot about the tech stuff. Ross is the brain! I will let no one but Ross work on any computer I have nor will I seek advise anywhere else. He has proven himself to be the best and to be honest in every way. I feel safe with Ross and now have the safest operating computer ever that runs at the top of its game all the time. I met Ross on a referral from a staff person at the old compu-serve stores. I called Ross Kind last year to check out my old computer. He was here when I expected him; he was courteous, business like; and didn't waste time.I recently purchased a new computer, called Ross with a few questions. He responded quickly, working over the phone and on my computer from his office, which just boggled my mind. In less than an hour, my computer was free of any problems. I had the Computer Repair King do a couple of my computers and he did such a great job that i recommend him to some friends. He removed a very nasty virus i had in one of them the other he did a cleaning on and made it faster. Thank you Computer Repair King for all that you did.

Ive been using Ross's services for almost 2 years now. He has upgraded several of my computers, including bringing my desktop back from the dead. I regularly use his remote assistance service. Yippee!!! for Ross!! First, couldn't open an email. Second, couldn'tforward an email. Third, couldn't get to my address book. Well, these all sound so easy,but I am a new computer nut. Ross did a lot of searching,and found the problem. Updated me to a newer program,and I am so happy. His expertise and good humor is wonderful. Even if you are a long time user, this is the man to call when you needcomputer help.

The power connection on my laptop had broken and I had taken it to several big box stores only to be told that I needed to either get a new motherboard or a new laptop. I took my laptop to Ross and he fixed the power adaptor! He was very reasonably priced and the work was done when promised.
