Negative 5 stars is what I wish to give...
Warranty is a joke. Was told 1 year warranty and zero deductible in that 1 year, bologna it's $250 per part . Radiator blew due to cooling fan breaking. I don't think they actually replaced anything because the car still runs hot and the fan is louder than ever which is what it did before the radiator blew. Was told by the finance dept to pay a certain amount since they were "working" with me after the radiator blew. Paid that amount then get a call 1 week later saying I'm past due $40 cause I was told the wrong amount. Rep says I can put it on my next payment with no penalties, only to find out today I was charged a penalty 3 days ago. Keep getting told, sorry we misinformed you but we can't take off the late fee. If I worked customer service this way I would not have a job. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING. This place is a joke. Warn everyone. STAY AWAY from drive now and auto action. Worst company EVER!!!!!

I would give them no stars if I could I bought a 08 Ford Fusion here first they said everything was good And I was approved next week a tow truck company came and got my car an said that I wasn't approve after I gave the carlot 600 and 200 a week later and now I can't even get half my money because it was there fault don't go listen to everyone

Initially I gave them 5 but since iv gotten my car it has been a nightmare and they have showed there true selfs very unprofessional now I call with a problem and get hung up on and threaten they where nice until they got my money my car engine exploded 4 day after me getting car and Ruben and co works where not much help and really didn't car it's to the point that I dnt want to deal with them at all I regret buying my car from here.

They came to have positive reviews and that people choose to come to them and they are better than other dealerships. They lie!!! Please everyone do your homework search for the company and read reviews. I regret ever getting a car from them. I wish i would've done my homework first.

not sure what everyone else is referring to here, I just bought a 2013 chevy sonic from drive now and I love my car. Ruben did a great job and I have a free warranty they included. I would definitively recommend drive now to family and friends.

I wish I read reviews before purchasing a vehicle from Drive Now. I am almost done paying off my vehicle and since the 1 1/2 years I have been a customer I have not one good thing to say about this "dealership" first off, the cars are crappy. They seem great at first but it's like they fix them to only last the 30 day guarantee date. Second, the service is very very poor. Management need customer relation classes or something because they don't know what they heck their doing nor do the associates. And third, they have a title place called tio rico which the dealership owns. So if you are late on your payment they will go after your vehicle, as in REPO and then put it back on the lot for resale. I had this happen to TWO of my friends who also got vehicles from here. Do NOT trust, purchase, trade, negotiate with this company unless you want to get screwed! I never write reviews but I hope this place drowns to extinction.

HORRIBLE, DO NOT GO HERE, IF YOU'RE in their building right now spit on floor the thousands of others that have been screwed by them and LEAVE. If you don't want to end up suing them.

Beware this is the worst place ever to buy a car I bought my car and it broke down about 36 hours later or less they told me I had one year warrantybut when I went over there to drop it off the guy told me I might have to pay I told him no I have one year warranty and I don't even have two days with the carhe was so rude he said well that doesn't matter you still have to payI do not recommend this place after you sign the contract they are very rude. If you want a car to break down within 24hours go ahead this is the place. Worst place to buy a car

BEWARE!!! SCAM ARTISTS!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!

If I could give this company a negative star rating I would. We went to this dealership and bought a 2005 Chrysler 300, put down a $1500 down payment. Took the car home and was having issues with the gas guages and mileage we were getting with the car. When it came to make the 1st car payment we were going to be 3 days late, we called the finance company and they said we had until Saturday to make the payment, which would have given us 4 more days. The next day we sent the payment in. The payment got there on Thursday, but low and behold we go outside and the car had been towed. We called the dealership immediatley and asked them why they towed it. They said we were late on the payment. We explained to them we were told we had until Saturday and today was Thursday, and they even admitted that they had the payment. Then they told us we would have to pay $375 for a tow charge, we argued that we should not have to pay that because they should have never towed it in the first place, and they had payment. Didn't matter, then they told us that while they had the car they would fix the fuel sensor chip that was causing the gas mileage issues and that it would be covered under warranty. Four days went by and we kept calling to see if the car was ready, and then when we finally spoke to someone they told us that there was another issue with the car that was not covered by warranty and it would cost an additional $330 to cover another part that the car, they said they had to wait for the part to come in. Now another 3 days go by and we call first thing Monday morning, now we are being told that it will cost $972 to get the car back, which includes the towing fee, the part and labor for fixing the car, and daily accrued storage fees for storing the car after it was towed (even though the only reason it sat there for so many days is because they told us they were waiting for a part so they could fix the car). Then we just told them, screw it they could keep the car we just wanted our $1500 deposit back, and they are refusing to give us that back. We will be contacting legal representation and trying to contact a news station to let them know how shady this company is. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!

They do not even deserve a one star rating. They will rip you off. Not only will they sell you a car that will continue to break down but when it does they could care less to help you. The office staff is so RUDE and the sales men will tell you what you want to hear to get the purchase. The things promised will not be delivered! I wouldn't even recommend my worst enemies here. For your wallets sake do not get a car from here!! If you do then you will learn the hard way! This is a very shady company. They also changed their name to Auto Now Financial- just a warning.

RUN LIKE HELL! I am currentyl building my lawsuit against them. Sold me the car on lies. They dont report to all 3, only to Equifax, which NO financial institution will EVER look at. Its a big waste. They lie about everything. I probably got the best car they ever sold because nothing has broken yet and everything works fine. but the payments suck and are higher than the sales people at this place.

NEVER GO HERE they will sell you a lemon and try to srew you for every penny you have i bought my car from this company feb 2 2013 for $216 every two weeks I even handed the 1500 dollars for a down payment anyway to the issue the day i got the car i knowdest a weird sound coming from the steering turns out the power steering pump was out ok easy fix but the not even two weeks later a went in to make my first payment i knowdest i had transmission fluid spraying out thurns out there was a crack in the tranny hmmm full inspection sounding phony right about now so of course i have it taken in to the dealership to get it fixed they say sorry i cant fix you car till the 28th of next month (keep in mind this is a family car me-my wife-and my one year old) so after paying a real auto motive repair shop over 3000 dollar to get a new tranny and serviced completely i went to the dealership over the issue and of course the only repose is "well ur payment is due next week" working on a lemon lawsuit as i type :)

DONT DRIVE NOW JUST DRIVE ON BY.This business (if you can call it that) does not even deserve a rating of any stars ( i would think stars would mean something good and this is a very bad place of business.) I have let them screw me over for the past 2 years due to my credit history being at a disadvantage. And they know this of their customers. They suck you in at first only if you can get the attention of a salesman. Kept me waiting for over 8 hours even after i said i was not leaving until i bought a car. What a for sure sales. But I guess if just felt so good I kept letting them do it for 2 years. I will try and be brief. But this one you just wont believe. I purchased a 2005 Ford Tarus from them 2 years ago, only because it was the only car they offered me. I only asked for two things. 1. That it had air conditioning that worked 2. 4 good tires. along with the obvious. The air condition hasn't worked since the day I got the car. And i had to replace one tire the next day. then all four tires within one month. To get back to my salesman who promised me all these things was no longer with the company the next day and was handed off from one to another. Anyway after making an appointment for the mechanic to look at the problems i noted. I gave the finance manager the balance due on my down. He and his wife were going to Vegas that weekend. And somehow they did not get the info that i paid the down so the mechanic department canceled my appointment and of course too much time went by and they would not see the vehicle. ok enough and thats just the 1st car. Just wait for chapt 2 on the car i just bought from them. thanks for listening BUT PLEASE BEWARE IF YOU ARE EVEN THINKING OF BUYING A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. I AM CONTACTING MY ATTORNEY AND THE POLICE BEFORE I Go back down there, i have also been the hospital just recently over the whole car mess with them. Stay tuned for chapter 2

Hi my name is Zach Blackwood first of all i only gave a 1 star rateing because i had to they dont even deserve this. I recently purchased a 2002 Ford expedition with 120,0000 miles on it i gave them $1400 down cash i left the lot in the truck one week later my a/c went out on the vehicle i still payed my payments on time for the next 3 months withi that 3 months time i had the front bareings blow out which cost me $600 bucks for towing and repairs and labor. i came up short that month on the payment i made arrangemnts to pay on my next check the next day my truck broke down again so i told autonow to pick it up i dont want it any more me and my girlfriend have 5 kids and struggle to pay everything auto now has sued me for judgment on this truck THIS IS ONE ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIANCES EVER I WOULDNT REFER MY WORST ENEMY TO THIS CAR LOT. iF you have any questions i am happy to ansewer i have some better options for a used car please call me 602/575/1446

im a first time buyer and they took advantage of me 2 the fullest! i wouldnt recomend this "dealership" 2 my worst enemies! it should b called a scamership kuz thatz exactly wat they do. my sales guy lied to my face about the service i was entitled 2. iv payed soo much money 4 a piece of crap car that i dont even want anymore. if i knew this would happened i woulda stuck with riding the bus. its so un professional 2 sales guys almost got in a fist fight right in front of me 2day when i went 2 make my payment!!! all while the front desk lady is laughing at these 2 idiots telling me how entertaing it is 4 her 2 work there..im trumatized from this place!!! and this guy below me just wait till yur transmission falls out or something bad happens wit yur car kuz im sure it will its juz a matter of time!

Not sure what everyone else is talking about, but this is the only place that would finance me! Ended up pickin up a truck for a decent payment and price, runs great. Only thing I needed was a new tire and battery which they installed while I was inside! O also sent my friend over and they gave me $200!

I knew from the beginning if its too good to be true, than it probably is!! Should have never come to this place, u get what you pay for here... My fiance & I were in a jam and made a terrible last minute decision... The sales men & sales manager lied to us from the beginning from warranties, to the problem I sensed with the vehicle even after one or the sales jerks drove it... This was a hustle from the get go!! WE EVEN got hustled by the GM, they had to replace the transmission, had it longer that our warranty covered and bc it was there fault we still had to pay part of the tranny.. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE, I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO DRVE NOW... when this Company purchases their vehicles they whatch them be driven into the auto auction & onto their trucks, which means there is no inspection or concern for the working & safety of the vehicles ( this was actually told to me later by one of the sales guys who actually felt bad)... WORST DECISION OF OUR LIVES!! the vehicle I bought has costed sooooo much time & money, NOT WORTH IT AT ALL...

I got my car there..and it didn't come with stereo. The sales man tells me he will have one put in. I even got it on the contract that he signed. I didn't get one. My headlights were broken and lose...the plastic piece that keeps it secure...is broken. I had to buy a brand new battery the second week I had it. When I took it to their mechanic I was suppose to get my car in a couple hours...they never called me to pick it up I didn't get it for 3 days. And when I call to talk to anybody there...they NEVER answer there phones..NEVER call u back and they NEVER reply to my emails. This place is a total RIP off. I felt like I was takin advantage of! They should be SHUT DOWN

This business does not even deserve a star.. They are crooks.. They'll promise you maintanance and then give you the run around so that your time is up and say you ran out of compliance time.. Not professional people at all..Please do not buy a car from them I promise you will regret it.. This has been one of my worst nightmares.. No joke...
