I scheduled to have a service call to repair the radio and backup system in my motor home. The
serviceman came looked at the wires connected the radio it did not work. He did not know what to do so he called the motor home and the radio companies and spoke with their tech support. Still did not know what to do. He was here 3 hours before he admitted it was beyond his ability. He gave a cost of $525. He should have known it was beyond him within an hour and a half. I called the company and was told the owner would call me he did not call. Check the qualifications and cost before you schedule.

the radio company tech service. The repairman spent 3 hours to finally decide that the job was beyond his expertise. He then presented a bill for $525. called to speak to the owner of the company and was told he would call me back. I was never called. Ask about pricing first.
