No one was in the office, unable to get help with a spring issue.

My family and I have been dealing with these folks for 50 years in Phoenix. I have always received good service on our fleet trucks. However my last visit was not good. They told me my spring wraps were bent on both sides and they wanted to Re-arch the springs (the truck is only 2 years old). I then checked with two dealers and we checked the springs on my truck and the new trucks and found this is the design of the spring. I tried to contact the owner at Vally Spring but they were rude and told me to take my business to someone else. I will never deal with these folks again and I will take my fleet service to someone else.
