I love coming here. The staff is friendly and courteous. Suzy is absolutely the greatest. I feel like I've visited an old friend instead of the Dr.

I have been going to (and getting mediocre care from) this office for many years. I have seen them through name changes (marriage?), qualification changes (new degree or added certifications), poor vacation substitute doctors, and the like.

Let's start with the from desk clerk. She will ask you (in person or on the phone) for private medical information, while sitting at an open window within the hearing range of any other patients in the waiting area. Realize she's just a clerk, not a qualified medical person too.

Then there's how modern and up to date the office is, no "portal", no online access to the doctors or your own patient info. No email address or capability. The phone on hold music / tune has not changed in over 10 years. They cannot do simple medical tests at the office, everything is referred out except blood pressure.

There is no way to call (or go online) and communicate with the doctors.

1) You call, the clerk at the front desk asks what you want, and then gives you the third degree before telling you that (wjoever you called to communcate with) is (pick your choice..-- busy - with a patient - out to lunch - gone for the day - random other excuse) and cannot talk to you. Sooo, you're left with trying to explain your medical proble mto a non-medical clerk who has no clue about your situation or problems in the hope that someone will care later.

3) no portal

4) no interest in upgrading the office to modern technology.

When needing a referal to a specialist, they will give you one, to their favorite specialist, but boy don't ask for a 2nd specialist so you can get a 2nd opinion. Be sure you know your patient rights and be able to stand up for yourself before you go to this office, or don't go.

To sum up, They are not courtous, professional, modern, concerned about patient privacy when it comes to the front desk, willing to listen to you when you have medical concerns, just wanting to rush you out and get to the next patient...
