Introduced to Command in 2007 when I renovated my home in Bridgehampton. They were highly recommended by my GC and installed all HVAC for the house, multi-zones, and a dehumidifier. Installation went very smoothly and all works fine (knock wood). We have used them for our AC service and they have been very responsive in emergencies (no a/c, they came same day, even on a hot summer day) and in routine service (cleaning filters, etc.). They have been a pleasure to deal with and their prices are competitive. Can recommend with confidence.
