Because this is the closest cry cleaners to my house, I have given this place three tries, and all three times there have been problems. The owner is rude and unapologiteic when he makes a mistake. Twice he has found a small defect in an item of clothing after I drop off the order, and then just not cleaned my entire order.This last time I left a coat for tailoring - I had a lining replaced, and it came back missing to buttons - on the pockets. I took it back and he told me they were missing when I brought it in. I told him I knew for a fact this was untrue, and he rolled his eyes and told me he would investigate, and that I should come back a week later. He refused any type of refund, and ended up yelling at me when I asked for one. This place is fine until something goes wrong, then they are unwilling to apologize or help resolve the problem.If you care at all about your clothes, don't go to Abraham's.
