Karen has groomed my Shih Tzu and Pekingese for the past 7 years and does an exceptional job everytime. She takes time to care for and about the well being of my dogs, reducing their anxiety. They actually enjoy getting groomed. I trust Karen completely and highly recommend her services!

We have tried several places in Poway. Karen is by far the best! She is caring, patient and uses positive reinforcement. Our dog is the cleanest he has ever been after the shower. Highly recommended.

She took her time and did a terrific job on my dog! My dog becomes a monster when she gets her nails trimmed - the vet didn't want to do it anymore, but Karen spent time calming her down and it was a very pleasant experience.
