Some upselling is understandable but Tim argued with me about adding more services several times, argued about the color I chose and barely spoke enough English for me to ensure I was getting what I wanted. I tried to be as kind as possible but by the end I was just stressed out. On top of that it was the worst manicure I have ever received. He was so rushed and rough that my nail beds and cuticles actually hurt today and they dont look very good either. So dissatisfied and will never return or reccomend this place.

The manicures and pedicures are great, but I would not recommend if you are someone that makes an appointment and expects it to be honored. I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time. They take walk-ins so it seems useless to make an appointment. It's too bad, because I would like to continue going there, but don't like the customer service. Either don't take appointments, or don't make someone wait more than 15 minutes for their service.
