Ultimate pros. I've been a customer for awhile now but I wish it hasn't taken me so long to find them. I used to worry that being a woman meant that I had to worry about getting taken advantage of, but Brad and Darren have been so patient and professional. They don't talk down to me but don't talk over my head either. Bottom line is they earned my trust, and that's really the most important thing to me.

First-class all the way. I've been taking my vehicles to Darren for years. Everyone there is always smiling and helpful. The first time I was ever there, they've saved me a ton of money. Id been to another place in town that had said that I was going to need a new transmission in my Odyssey to the tune of $3500, not sure how they knew that just from hooking their little box up to the car but that's what they said. Then I took it to Darren at Lee Myles. It turned out to be an electrical thing NOT a transmission, and my bill was under $1000 AND they loaned me a car while they fixed it. I couldn't believe it. In the past year, I've needs brakes, timing belt, and they fixed my sliding door. I still don't think I've spent as much with them as that first ridiculous estimate from the other yahoos. As far as I'm concerned this Lee Myles location can have ally business from now on. I tell everybody I know about them.

I had transmission work done here and was very pleased with the professionalism I was treated with , Darren was extremely great to work with. However I recently used their auto repair service ,after scheduling the work to be done with Darren but when I got there was handled by another employee who only addressed one of the issues I was having , but did say he found a costly problem that would need to be repaired for inspection. I questioned this issue because this part had been replaced about a year ago I have since taken it to another garage with a long time reputation and was told this part looks almost new therefore saving myself $400.00. Surely I will not be using their services again.

I drive a honda and had my transmission done by these guys. First I called some mechanics in the book to see what it was going to cost me, but when I called this place, they said they couldn't give me the price. I started thinking that made sense and if those prices people had been telling me would be the price I'd pay. I thought since these guys took their time to explain things and be honest I'd give them a try. They were friendly and told me my options the whole way through. I got a really good warranty and a honda that works. and I don't feel like I got ripped off by some low ball scam artist. At least they're somebody I can trust.
