I had a customer issue, where they cashed the check for an in-home estimate, and then after nearly a month, they still had not replied with estimate. Still looking for answers.

The two previous reviews sound very familiar. I have placed an order for a water heater installation at 11 am and I was told that it will be installed that same day and somebody will be calling me to schedule a time. By 3 pm, I still did not have been contacted. Call back Home Depot every hour, they tried to call Addario sometimes nobody will pick up the phone, or he is away from his desk, or they were closed and they had to leave a message with Answering Service. I asked for the company name and phone. On the second day I called Home Depot again, the same scenario as the previous day. I waited an hour, nobody calls. I called Addario myself and they transferred me to somebody that says "Oh, I was just trying to call you��� (I have call waiting; I know when I get a second call). Well, he told me that they will be here between 2 and 6 pm. They did not show up, called to cancel or reschedule. I CALLED HOME DEPOT TO CANCEL THE ORDER.

THE BBB OF MASSACHUSETTS HAS REVOKED THEIR MEMBERSHIP FOR COMPLAINS FOR FAILURE TO RESPOND TO PHONE CALLS, DELAYED COMPLETION OF REPAIRS, MISREPRESENTATION SERVICES,ADDITIONAL DAMAGE AFTER THE SERVICE.
