I took my car up there just this week. We took it in about 8:30 am. They called us and said it would be ready in 15-20 min at 2:30pm. We got there at 3:30pm and they still hadn't test driven it. I waited there until past 6pm to have them tell me they needed to keep it overnight. The next morning I came in and they said it was ready and safe to drive. I drove down the service road to the next light and almost got into THREE acidents due to failed brakes. I took it back immediately and told them to test drive it. They said that my pads were crystalized. I asked "If you didn't replace them, what did I pay $181 for?" So they gave me new pads and said it would take "awhile" to break them in. I've driven it over 90 miles now and they're still not "broken in." I am very dissatisfied. If you care about the lives of yourself, your family and friends, and yes, your car, do NOT take your car to this location.
