Big mistake

In my first review I made a mistake by mentioning Jason's name, but he nor his store south of the James had anything to do with the work. Mincz southside has been Exceptional with the work done to my vehicle! They have been professional, honest, and provided quality work. My apologies to Jason and southside Mincz for involving you in a matter at the north store. It's been almost a year to the day, and I just returned from purchasing tires from Mincz southside, and I was very pleased with the service.

worse than merchants tire

I took my exterra to get fixed and they could not tell me the problem but said they needed to fix some studs on my wheels. Charged me more than the quote and said after the work my car passed inspection with flying colors. we they must not of fixed it well or inspected it. Two weeks later one tire had to have all six studs redone and I had to purchase a new wheel as well. They have no clue what they are talking about, Been in business for years and did not know they would need an over sized tire adapter to do the balancing! I would never take my care back there. Up front they appear to be nice, but once they have got your car $$$$$$$, take a look at what Jason Mincz drives, CROOK quite bending people over!
