My driver Donald is an excellent representative for your company.
After having a heart racing spin on the interstate and stopping in the ditch I had to call a tow truck to winch me out. After calling 3 other companies and being asked to wait for at least 2 hours I was fortunate enough to find Mr. Tow. A driver was en route within 5 mins of the call and he arrived promptly in a downpour and after ensuring I was not harmed he proceeded to perform a miracle of getting my car out of an embankment that had a river running through it. After freeing me from the swamp he made sure my vehicle was gonna start and than charged me exactly what the gentleman on the phone quoted me which is a rarity and in the state my car was in with only one tire accessible and the pouring rain, I wouldn't have had a problem if the price was more. I'm home safe thanks to a great company and a great representative in Donald. Thank you Mr. Tow.

It has come to my attention after speaking with Mr. Tow, that the reason behind my car being towed was because my car was “on the line” and then speaking with another person that my car was “over the line”. The next person said my car was at a 45 degree angle. The more I talked to representatives, the worse my car’s position became. I requested the photographs that were taken of my car to be emailed me. Both of those two representatives said that they would be sending them today. When I called back around 3:20 pm to see the status of the email, the employee then started raising his voice at me telling me to “Come here and I’ll show you the photos” in a very threatening way. They then said to contact my leasing office with the photos of my car. Considering there was a car parked RIGHT NEXT to my car, I find

it hard to believe that my car was so far over that it was in two lanes (Which the then manager said). I have constantly been very conscious of how and where I park. Out of over a decade of driving, I have not once been towed. Not only was the car checked on around 1am, towing time 2am, there were cars parked beside it and they could easily get in and out of their vehicle. It’s a very sad feeling that I am scared to park my car without taking a photo for evidence. Mr. Tow is not only unprofessional but their stories are not consistent. This company is not honest. I do not feel that I have trust for this company or that my car is safe in the parking lot of my apartments. I’ve already paid the $125 to retrieve my car. There is nothing to do at this point, I would take full responsibility if I didn’t have a pass or if I truly was over the line, but this is just ridiculous. Not only was I talked down to and ridiculed…. But I was lied to on multiple occasions with different representatives just trying to resolve this issue. In the end of the day, my car was simply a bonus on their check and not a true issue in the parking lot. Towing trucks are great when you break down, but they will do ANYTHING to screw you over if it helps their pay check.

Wanted to get rid of a car with a blown head gasket. After talking with a few different companies, I went with Mr. Tow because they seemed the most legit. The guy I talked to on the phone explained the legality of the business and what to watch out for with DMV. They arrived at the agreed on time and the whole process was simple and easy. Really trustworthy company.
