It is NOT worth the money. I had a groupon to get a facial. The facials are normally $89 for a 30 minute facial. I would NEVER pay that or get the groupon again. It is not anything like I was expecting. The place is not like a spa at all. I got on the table with shoes on and all. The lady was only in there 20 minutes. She put on a mask that was to set for 10 minutes and left the room. I have had facials before & this does not compare at all. I also had a very difficult time even reaching someone to make the appointment. I left 3 messages & never received a call back. I had to keep trying myself. So, do NOT purchase a groupon for Atlanta Eye Candy.

I was using a Groupon for laser hair removal purchased last year. Admittedly, I waiting a while to use it at Atlanta Eye Candy. I was told by Atlanta Eye Candy that if I had 2 of my 6 treatments in before the expiration date, I was totally fine. I did and we started off well. Staff was friendly and treatment was effective. On the 5th treatment, the manager and owner decided that everything had to be done by 12/24/11 and the last available appt was 12/20/11. This only gave 1.5 weeks between treatment 5 and 6, which is not enough time to be effective. I asked to have my last appt in early January. Owner would not do anything when I indicated this was not what was agreed upon. So last treatment is a waste of money. The agreement was changed with NO communication to affected customers and no thoughts of working with the customer to make things right. Bottom line, staff was nice but owner Trish Redding and manager Tracey Upton are untrustworthy and not focused on the customer care aspect of business at all. That is important to me so I will take by business elsewhere. Luckily Groupon made it right. Groupon understands what customer service is about.
