In June 2012 bought a Groupon and received a really good massage. Was then offered to buy another two massage sessions and received those. Bought the gift certificate a second time and have been trying since April 2013 to get an appointment. Left messages on 4-10-13,, 5-17-13 and also sent an email to Crystal. No one has yet responded to my request for an appointment for the last $89 coupon I purchased. Something must have happened here because the service was really good at first but now is NOTHING. Bad business practice for a new business. If they are not in business they should let people know. The last time we went for massage Crystal was about to give birth to a baby so maybe that has gotten in the way. But is still no reason not to even respond to messages - especially when you have paid money in good faith for a service. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Shame on PLU - your business will not last. Don't give them any money up front.

I would actually give this no stars if I could. Bought a groupon for my husband's birthday and, after 3 weeks and many emails/calls have been unable to set an appt. Groupon continues to run their special and I am not the only person having issues (check yelp). For a place that's all about relaxation you would think they would make this a bit less stressfull!

This place rocks, I took a self defense class & the instructor is kick a** I feel like I'm ready & prepared should the unthinkable happen. Now I need to get one their massage services.

I am into health & wellness big time, PLU specializes in health & wellness of the body, the staff knows what they are doing & will take the time to understand your needs.

My friend & I recently took a yoga class, I like the instructor to the point where I will be taking more classes, as my schedule permits, didn't know I could pull some of those moves off.

I just had the best massage ever at PLU, it was a belated birthday gift, that I truly needed, it so so soothing & relaxing, need another one real soon.

I love Plu great place to take a yoga class & get a very nice massage, I will be taking the divas in the defense class next.
