This shop is rude and does not stand by it's work.

I brought my comptuer to Advance City Computer based on a referral by a good friend. I was warned that the shop was messy and didn't look like much, but that they did good work at good prices. My friend was true to his word.



The good things about ACC are that they are thorough in the care of your computers. They beef them up, make them run fast, and take care of all of your issues, if they can. If they can't there is no charge.



The bad things? Well, they aren't totally organized and we experienced calls telling us our computers were ready when they were not and even the temporary misplacement of our computer. Also, make sure you tell them you need estimates after they run diagnostics and before they actually fix your computer.



Is the bad worth experiencing the good? I think so. We thought so enough to purchase a refurbished computer from them. It has been working very well and we are happy with the work even if the service could use a little upgrading.
