If I was to tell my best friend about this place I would have to be brutally honest, Betty M Wrights Refusal to use automatic bill pay and refusal to use direct deposit has caused me a great deal of distress. Before Betty took over my account as a payee my credit was around a 650 and going up and since her take over my credit has dropped substantially and bills are not being paid. I have written letters to the Va requesting a change in fiduciaries; but it appears I may need to visit with my congressman to address the issues. I do like one of her staff members Amy she is polite and does her best to assist with all manners. Betty however is not with today's times and has made political comments and other comments that do not sit well with me and the fact that her office is three hours away and we have never meet in person to make a budget or financially plan is disturbing as well. Just the honest truth.

Betty's staff is decent however she is uptight and should not be working with vets in my opinion
