Zero Stars: They shrank four brand-new shirts beyond anything you can imagine. One shirt was three inches shorter when it came back then when it went in. The same shirts had wrinkles pressed INTO the fabric that did not exist when they went in. There was severe "iron shine" on the tips of the collars making them look instantly as if they were years old instead of brand new. These shirts were tailor-made and had not been worn even once yet. Manuel Murillo, the owner, told me he would rather lose me as a customer than reimburse me. He claimed no one had ever accused him of shrinking their clothes before, but then also said if he paid me he'd have to pay everyone else who complains. Hmmm ... I didn't think anyone was complaining (?) I've been spending more than $1,000 a year with this business for more than five years. I've had minor disappointments every now and then, but nothing like this before. You'd think a long-term customer would be worth trying to keep. Yet, Mr. Murillo offered absolutely no good faith gesture to try to make things right. I'm done.
