my experience at chase bank 4450 florin road branch in sacramento was horrible the tellers remind me of my raving lunatic mom Barbara baker who died in 2012 the branch manager wasn't much better with his 1917 business suit poor customer service and underworld drug lord affect. they stole all the money I had in my savings account and said it was never deposited. I have been a chase customer ever since 1993 and never have any problems at any of the other branches. I was surprised no one had complained until now. this branch should be closed. we could use a public library in place of chase.
