Management not friendly, unsafe living experience

Should have read review before excepting apt..After 3 short weeks of living here, cockroackes the size of quarter,(told no roa hes)refrigerator very loud broken, gas leak, apartment flood4am, entur carpet had ti be lifted maintance could not stop tolet from overflow, entire apt water damaged, told i would not pay water.smud.pge garbage,..i pay all, when i spoke to management they said "oh we forgot that in your apt u pay everything. Worst apartment living in 40 years.
