This orthodontist really is careless and unprofessional! I put down $1000.00, and paid all my monthly payments on time. Now, I get treated like crap. Services that I should be receiving are ignored. This lady talks trash about her patients, and sucks at what she does. She has given me her patient’s names, and told me how bad their teeth were, and how bad of customers they were. I was shocked. I was really scared that she’d talk about me as well, but I couldn’t put a stop or get a new orthodontist unless you move out of town or state. I guess that’s the rule; I checked. There have many times that she has poked the insides of my mouth “accidentally,” call me baby, and tell me that everything will be okay. Most of her assistants are very young and inexperienced. They also look like little kids; really! I think most of them don’t even know much about teeth, braces, etc. They never can answer any questions that I have. This place has the worst customer services. Oh, and the communication there must be really bad too. Each time I go in for my regular visits, they all want to know my reasons for being there. Also, this ortho will leave work in my mouth incomplete. I will walk out of the clinic “done,” and find that one or two of the wires she put in me were not plugged in the back of my crowns. The wait for her is 30-60 minutes before she actually works on you; even if you’ve paid in cash, check, credit card. The only good thing I can say is that the parking is not that bad. I am horrified of this clinic and the work that they perform.
