This place was awesome back in the day. My family has been living here for over 20 years. Never had an issue with management up until a couple years ago, when they started hiring and firing management every 3-5months. We’ve never had a problem, and now we feel like they’re right over our shoulder every second of the day. Rent goes up EVERY. YEAR., no access to dumpster, VERY STRICT ON PARKING. There’s like a ton of visitor parking spots and yet they’re so STRICT on parking. We never bother other tenants never had a problem with anyone, we ALWAYS kept to ourselves. And now it just feels like an uncomfortable place to live. This place is meant for people ages 65+. Other than that don’t even think about moving here.

This could be a very nice park.

There is still much to do to clean this place up!

it would be nice to see more residents take pride in thier yards and
clean, weed and straighten up.You think that notices would be sent out!
