I was very dissatisfied with these guys!



I bought an large capacity refurbished color cartridge for $30 dollars. Took it home and it didn't work - out of ink, so I took it back the next day to get it replaced. They would not replace it because it was not a large capacity as stated on the receipt and was bone dry. The man showed me a number on the box that indicated it was 2 years old. They essentially accused me of trying to steal ink! They said it wasn't the cartridge sold to me. They refilled my old cartridge without charge because the new one was worthless and didn't charge me but when I used it the color was muddy.



This was the cartridge I was sold and I don't steal! Don't use these guys.
