Have to take two shuttles from the airport. Spent beyond an hour plus just trying to get to their location. Airport to Rental Car Center . . . wait, wait, wait . . . call for a second shuttle to take you from the Rental Car Center to the Thrifty offsite office. Way too much trouble! Thrifty offsite office is hidden amongst some other offices. Difficult to deal with let alone find! Traveling is a hassle let alone dealing with this mess! Cut your losses, rent from Hertz/Enterprise or any other agency that is staffed at the Rental Car Center.

Too much trouble. Went to rent an economy car. The car was a Mazda 2 which is sub compact. I rejected the car once I saw it. They charged me $100. Now after trying to call, being on hold its all, please call back later. Too much work. I will eventually get the rectafied, but how much time and effort should this all take. I did not even turn the car on. I upgraded this to 3 stars as once I finally reached a customer service person she was very nice and able to correct the error. They have limited hours. I was never able to contact the dealership. Just too much trouble.
