Provided by YP.comDr. David W. Howerton, DMD is a fantastic Oral Surgeon, but I have to give the practice only one star. We were over charged and had to call for a reimbursement. Our Health savings account wont process any future transactions until the discrepancy it taken care of due to the overcharge. I hope in the future that the practice will verify funds available for payment, take the account information and once they receive what's owed charge accordingly.
