bmw of murray has really poor customer service i took my vehicle in but cant get answer to whether my vehicle is fixed or not. If it wasn't under warranty I wouldn't hesitate to take it somewhere else. POOR SERVICE... and i don't think that i would purchase a car from them.

parts get stolen from this location and when i tried to confront the manager he denied it was even possible, the vehicle was there getting repaired for several days, and when i got it back noticed the nav was not working the module was missing
