Dr. Boyer has been checking my vision for routine eyeglass prescriptions for years. He has always given me comprehensive exams and has written the most accurate lens prescriptions compared to other places I have tried. This year he not only informed me it was time for cataract removal but picked up the earliest changes of macular degeneration. He had an appointment arranged with a retina specialist before I even left the office. The specialist said it was a good diagnosis pick-up and is so early it does not require much therapy yet. I am now on a regimen to delay progression. He is pleasant, thorough, and practical. This is not an assembly line office--he does it all and does it well.
