Very pleased with the results we have had so far. The only problem we keep having is our appointments. One was cx by the office and we did not get the cx auto phone call. Once they cx our whole schedule saying it was our responsibility to have their appts rescheduled even though we have not been released of treatment by the dr or counselor. Now,today,they are trying to say we called and cx our appt for today and still showed up for it. So we are now sitting here waiting for our counselor to come in to see if we can be seen. The overall treatment and care is great and we are fortunate to have found them. The only other set back for our family is that they only take traditional medicaid and private insurance. One of our children has superior and they do not take it. Always the problem for non traditional medicaid recipients. No drs.

Well-meaning but not entirely adept bunch. Assessments involve very little direct staff involvement. Sadly, somewhere there is a suite of Facebook personality quizzes returning more helpful diagnostic data. Also: check with your insurance company before you go. Office staff have been known to suggest treatments are covered that are not, in fact, covered.
