I didn't get the cut I asked for, was charged for something I didn't ask for or receive and, when I went back to complain was told it was my fault she saw nothing wrong and there was nothing she could do to fix it! WORST SALON experience ever. She made fun of a 6th grade girl who had long beautiful hair and said she looked like cousin it! I cried over my haircut.It's unfixable until it grows out so now I am left embarrassed every time I leave my house.And she said she was the manager!
