If you don't want the staff looking at you or treating you funny in regards to you being a junky because your in chronic pain and need your medicine. Or to many judgmental staff members and PA's that don't know what their doing! I wouldn't recommend this doctors office if you really need pain medication and you don't want the judgmental staff looking at you with their third eye or sideways. Its just a really uncomfortable and awkward feeling and no one has time for that especially when they are truly in pain.
