Friendly staff and knowledgeable, caring doctors!

I always enjoy seeing Dr. Cook. He is able to make my appointments feel personal while being professional. I refer all my friends to him.

I've seen Dr. Reeder for two annual exams now and am very happy with his level of care and the great results I've gotten from changing my contact rx to mono vision and to bi-weekly disposable lenses. I have not had to wait longer than 10 minutes either visit and staff members are friendly and instill confidence. When I scheduled my last appt I was offered a slot within 1 week because of a cancellation - I really appreciated that.

I have been coming here for about 2 years, and every time I am in for an appointment or call with a question, the staff is friendly and prompt. Not only is the staff helpful on the phone, but they will email you copies of your receipts, prescription, etc. I had a major allergic reaction last year, and Dr. Bytomski was so nice and caring while overseeing the issue and checking my eyes when I was on medication to clear up the allergy. I have and will continue to recommend Carmel Mountain Vision Care to my friends and colleagues.

The staff and doctors are very professional and helpful. They cheerfully agreed to take me on my last visit as a walk-in and they did not cut corners on my services to make it happen!

Asked to fill out some paperwork, but not too much... and quickly was moved from the waiting room to begin the pre-appointment testing.
